Straight from the Screamsheets
Word of R. Talsorian and our games continues to echo about the internet. Here’s a collection of some of the best stories and blog posts!
IGN and Gamespot
Two pretty big video game sites, IGN and Gamespot continued their coverage of Cyberpunk 2077 by interviewing gaming legend and R. Talsorian founder Mike Pondsmith.
Here’s a glimpse of the IGN interview.

And here’s GameSpot’s.

Witcher News
Of course, Cyberpunk 2020 wasn’t the only thing people were talking about this week. The Witcher TRPG is receiving a lot of love as well. A number of outlets help spread the news of our upcoming Q&A session with lead designer Cody Pondsmith, complete with cover and interior art reveals!
- IGN was first on the scene with the news but RPG news site ENWorld followed close behind with some solid insight into the mechanics of the game. A number of blogs picked up and carried the story, including the Pummelrunde site in Germany and GryOnline in Poland!
- And if you want to hear a story about how R. Talsorian won The Witcher license, check out this video from GameSpot.
Cyberpunk News
- Beyond the interviews Mike did with IGN and GameSpot, the most interesting Cyberpunk 2020 related item to come out this week had to have been this video offering an analysis comparing the classes of the tabletop RPG by Eurogamer’s Johnny Chiodini based on what he saw of the upcoming Cyberpunk 2077 video game at E3. I recommend giving it a watch as this is promised to be the first in a series of videos.
Other Games
Other R. Talsorian games are receiving a love, too. Over at RPG.net, the first in a series of reviews of Castle Falkenstein products from our partner Fat Goblin Games have been posted and they’re all fantastic! More will be coming over the next few Tuesdays.
Of course, if you want the latest scoop on what’s happening at R. Talsorian Games, this blog and our Facebook page remain your best source.
That’s it from the screamsheets for now! Stay safe on the streets.
