Peasantly Fooled

As many surprised, yesterday’s announcement of a new Farms and Fields supplement for the Witcher Tabletop Roleplaying Game was, indeed, an April Fool’s prank.

The Peasant Profession, however, is quite real and has been added to our list of downloadable game aids. When utilizing the Peasant in your games, please keep in mind it has not been fully playtested and any information or lore presented in it should be considered non-canon when it comes to Witcher lore.

  1. Thanks for your work guys! Playing a Peasant… my players will be… I don’t know what but they surely will be something!!! XD

  2. You say it was a joke, but you have just given me a template for war scythes and, considering the special session I’m running soon, this could never be better. A big thanks for this!

  3. Huh, this addition surely got some different “Shovel” stats, others than was presented in Rodolf’s Wagon #1 (https://rtalsoriangames.com/2018/11/02/heh-rodolfs-got-a-deal-for-you/). How should I implement this than? Are this new shovel stats should replace the previous one from Rodolf’s Wagon or is this should be another type of “Long peasant shovel” which may exist separately in the game?

The difference here are quiet massive indeed, like added Non-Lethal effect and 105 against just 15 crowns per one shovel, so I’m confused 😐
