From the Screamsheets, February 2020
Greetings to you all!
Welcome to the February 2020 edition of From the Screamsheets, where we share updates on what’s going on at R. Talsorian Games! Today we’ve got an exciting bit of news regarding an upcoming event, updates to our site, our 2020 convention schedule (so far), and a recap of what happened in January! Let’s get to it, shall we?
Charity Game
In November of 2019, we teamed up with WanderingDM to run a livestream session of the Witcher TRPG as a charity event. Cody Pondsmith, our Witcher lead developer was GM and the players were WanderingDM, Kelli Butler, Critical Role’s Matthew Mercer, and the voice of Geralt himself, Doug Cockle. We’re proud to say we raised over $5,000 for Special Effect, a UK-based not for profit which provides tools for playing video games to people with physical disabilities and uses video games as a therapy tool.
You can see the entire session, including several moments where the players broke out into song in the video below.
We loved running the game so much we’ve put together a follow-up! On February 23rd you can watch WanderingDM as GM with Kelli Butler, Johnny Chiodini of OXVenture/Dicebreaker, B. Dave Walters of L.A. By Night, and Doug Cockle aka the voice of Geralt as they journey once more into the dark and dangerous world of the Witcher to get some coins tossed to Special Effect!
Site Update
We’ve done a bit of site clean-up recently. Most importantly, we’ve organized to make it easier to find specific and important blog posts.
- Every bit of DLC we’ve released is now in the Downloads – Game Aids section. This includes all the neat goodies we’ve put out to help you get the most out of the Cyberpunk Red Jumpstart Kit and the Witcher TRPG!
- We’ve also updated our list of Developer’s Logs to make it easier to find information about your favorite project.
- And we’ve tidied up and updated the list of Actual Plays, where you can find a list of quality programs to watch and/or listen to involving our games.
Con Schedule
Speaking of updates, we’ve also updated our convention schedule for 2020! You can find the list in the About Us tab above but here it is for convenience sake.

And finally, here’s a reminder of what happened in January at R. Talsorian Games.
- We gave a sneak peek of Erland of Larvik, the titular witcher in our upcoming bestiary, A Witcher’s Book of Tales.
- We showed off some art for the upcoming Cyberpunk Red core rulebook and posted a new Screamsheet adventure, Red Chrome Cargo, for use with the Cyberpunk Red Jumpstart Kit.
- We uploaded a new errata document for the Witcher TRPG core rulebook.
- We released a free to download twenty-five page Adventure Entertainment, Babbage’s Engine, for Castle Falkenstein via DriveThruRPG!
- We also released (not for free) two posters featuring the art from the covers of the Cyberpunk Red Jumpstart Kit’s rule and world books! You can buy them as PDFs or PoD from DriveThruRPG!
- And we uploaded some DLC love for Teenagers from Outerspace in the form of the kids from Aces High, the hilarious ongoing Actual Play campaign!

Hey CP RED,
Is there a community space for GM’s to share Screamsheets?
We’re actually RTG. 🙂 And we don’t host comunity created content but you can share it via various platforms including Reddit.
